What could be more fun than having a "partner in style" to accompany me doing my work? Yes, it's the latest Nokia N9. I might say it's love at the first sight.

Finished with the 3.9-inch Clear Black AMOLED screen and pure matte polycarbonate, they both deliver an edgy vibe. And, how I'm amazed in using the touch-screen for a simple swipe does it all. I could continue to an 8.0 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss F2.2 lense that helps me a lot especially when I'm doing a photoshoot in finding the perfect angle. Also as the browser ease me out looking for some inspirations on the internet.

Let stop that much talking here. I highly recommend you to grab one of it and have an unique experience with the one and only, Nokia N9.

Here are a few shots from Breast Cancer Awareness campaign event on last October, called, "TOGETHER. Connect, Communicate, Conquer for a future free of breast cancer."

The event itself was organized by beauty brands such as Estee Lauder, Clinique, DKNY Fragrances, also collaborated with some magazines, including AMICA, the one I currently work for.

Taylor Tomasi Hill: "The Block’s shoot was my first experience being in front of the camera as a model. It was a bit intimidating at first. However, I worked closely with James DeMolet when he was an assistant (and eventually styling) at Teen Vogue, and I knew I could trust him with anything."

Well for me it's been pretty awesome though, for I had a big family gathering on last Saturday to celebrate my grandma's birthday.

When it comes to self-pamper after a super busy week, I've always find having self treatment seems to be the only good plan. That's why on last Sunday, I finally decided to pamper myself by having hair treatment at Sunsilk Hair Studio.

Invited to the opening of a new Giorgio Armani boutique at Plaza Indonesia. It is entirely dedicated to the signature women's and men's apparel and accessories collections. Also features an area to the Giorgio Armani Hand-Made-to-Measure service for men.

Overall the space looks really nicely decorated like a shiny yet modern bamboo jungle. The accessories area is put up by transparent shelves which then create the impression as if the goods were displayed floating. Interesting!

What A Revival Night!

My last Friday was ended with me attending CLARA 360° Revival Night Lights at The Tent, South Lobby, Pacific Place Mall. It was a really fun and flattering night, seeing awesome collection by our young talented local designers, such as Andreas Odang, KLE, and Tex Saverio, and also enjoying some delicious drinks and foods served by Magnum while catching up with other bloggers.

Even more, before the show was started, we got to check out the backstage. They actually already impressed me, couldn't even hold my excitement to see them more on runways.

And, this absolutely amazing 'chocolate' dress (below picture) was especially made by a talented young designer Andreas Odang in a stunning collaboration with Magnum Ice Cream.

Now, let's unveiled the latest inspiring collection by our young talented local designers, Andreas Odang, KLE, and Tex Saverio.

Call me super late, but seriously I don't have anything in mind besides a great eagerness to join this event, Asia Fashion Exchange 2011. I still remember last year, when I was joining this competition but unfortunately I lost. Stay in believe there will always be another chance to chase my dreams. And thank God, this is it. Godspeed!

Three main reasons why they should give me a chance to join this event :

1. Fashion is my real passion. As a fashion blogger who also work as a fashion reporter to a local magazine for campus girls, this kind of event always gets me excited. Sitting nicely and seeing a great collection from talented designers, looking at the stylish guests and taking more candid shots of them. Those things just always inspired me.

2. It's been always one of my dreams to travel abroad, not going for a vacation but to see a fashion event.

Particularly, love how Frida Giannini played on some impressive color-blocking, letting bold color meets some neutral base tones, in addition it's also really interesting how she put some tassels detailed into the Women's collection.

So, one of the highlights of my last Friday was attending the Tod's The Art of Leather exhibition at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Mall. And what made it so interesting was the guests were able to see directly the making process of the iconic Tod's D bag.

Here's the artisan who was especially flown in from Italy to demonstrate the craftsmanship skill. Well, in my opinion, he looked very passionate about what he's doing. What an example!

Nina Nikicio, the young designer behind this remarkable line, was inspired by the tale of The White Oleander. The story itself tells a journey and experience by young Astrid through a series of foster homes after her mother was serving time in jail.

"Beautiful, Dangerous, Proud"
three words simply arrived from the movie and described the whole collection best,

I can honestly tell that I was hugely impressed by the whole collection. Again, they strongly define young Astrid's journey. Well worth the investment!
